Auditor Training prepares learners to participate in internal audits as audit-team members. Lead Auditor Training includes the Auditor content and adds the skills needed to plan and conduct solo audits, lead audit teams, and establish and manage an audit program. It also provides the knowledge foundation for second- and third-party audit work, although certification bodies generally require additional audit experience and their own approval.

ISO 9001 Manager Training is designed specifically for department managers and team leaders. It explains their operational responsibilities, how ISO 9001 applies to daily departmental work, and how to use the QMS to improve performance rather than treat it as a separate compliance exercise.

Executive Training is designed for top leadership. It explains senior management's responsibilities under ISO 9001, how to provide effective QMS leadership, and how to integrate quality into strategic decision-making so the system delivers business value.
