By using this website or purchasing an online course, you agree to these Terms. If you purchase on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
StandardsCourses.com (the “Website”) offers online training products for sale (collectively, the “Products”) and related information. Your access to and use of the Website and Products is subject to these Terms, any specific conditions stated on the relevant product page, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Our Products are available in several currencies, and prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer will determine any applicable foreign transaction fees, as well as the exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees if your account is not denominated in your selected currency. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer for details. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is made online through our secure payment page and processed by our third-party payment providers. Payments by phone, check, or purchase order are not accepted. Payment by bank transfer may be possible upon request.

Refund requests must be submitted by email or through our contact form no later than 30 calendar days after the purchase date. We will confirm receipt by email. Credit card refunds are issued only to the card used for the purchase. Refunds for other payment methods are returned through the applicable payment method where possible. After purchasing online training, you will receive access to an online course management dashboard. The dashboard allows you to enroll yourself or assign purchased courses to other learners in your organization. Access instructions are normally sent by email immediately after purchase.
If a course manager is registered rather than a learner being enrolled at the time of purchase, the course manager has up to 12 months from the purchase date to enroll the learner. Once enrolled, the learner has up to three months to complete the course and may pause and resume the training as needed. Access ends when the course is successfully completed. Course access can be extended upon request; an extension fee applies.
All Products are copyrighted and protected under applicable copyright laws. When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with these Terms.
Each course enrollment is licensed to one registered learner. A purchaser using the course management dashboard may enroll themselves or assign a purchased enrollment to another learner in their organization. Only the registered learner may access the course and its included materials.
You may not share login details or course materials, display the training publicly, use it to conduct commercial courses or webinars, make it available through a network or the internet, resell course access, or copy all or part of a course to another device or server. Unauthorized use may violate copyright and other applicable laws.
We take care to provide useful, accurate information and quality Products. The following provisions define the legal limitations that apply to the Website and Products.
